01TrueMind Edge

Mental performance intelligence, built on voice and AI.

  1. 01Edge reveals how people think, learn, adapt and react to pressure.
  2. 02Nine questions, answered out loud, five minutes on a phone. No preparation and no self-scoring, just evidence-based performance signals.
  3. 03You see what is going on in the one square foot of real estate that matters; the mind.

Non-clinical · Non-diagnostic · UK GDPR Compliant · You control your data · A person makes every decision

02The problem

The mind decides the result, and nobody measures it.

You are making people decisions with a tool kit that is not up to the job.

You need to see how someone thinks, learns, adapts and reacts to pressure so you can train them, develop them and get the best out of them.

Up to now there have been two ways to find out how someone will perform.

  1. 01Work alongside somebody for a year.
  2. 02Give them the job and see what happens.

They are both slow, expensive and give you the information you need too late.

The information you need does exist. It is in how a person thinks, how they learn, how they adapt and how they react to pressure. It's all there, but until Edge nobody has had a practical, scalable and objective way of reading the data.

The failing toolkit

  • The toolThe problem with it
  • The CVA curated overview of someone's career, professional history and skills profile.
  • The interviewA valuable process but performative by nature. It is the candidate on a good day.
  • The psychometric testSelf-scored, easy to game and usually received too late.
  • The 360 feedback toolSubjective and self-edited collective opinion.

The Edge advantage

You see how a person really thinks, learns, adapts and reacts to pressure.

03What does a lack of insight cost you?

The wrong recruit costs your business dearly.

We have all been in this situation. The candidate interviewed well and seemed a great fit but six months into the role they turned out to be a square peg in a round hole.

You make financial decisions based on data. Why should recruitment or promotion decisions be any different? People decisions made without data are nothing more than bets placed with incomplete information.

Most businesses your size already spend money on getting those decisions right. Psychometric tests, 360 tools and management analysis driven by experience. They are all sensible and they all make sense, but none are backed by an objective read of the human mind.

The budget is already being spent, but it is being spent on guesswork. Why not invest it to get objective and actionable insights, signals and data?

The cost of a bad hire

One wrong hire on £42,000

  • Recruitment fees and trainingWasted investment on a square peg in a round hole
  • Lost productivityThe output the business did not get because the candidate was wrong
  • Staff turnoverThe cost of replacing them and the related business disruption

04How Edge works

Nine questions, answered out loud in five minutes. Insights within the hour.

Find out how your people think, learn, adapt and react to pressure.

  1. 01

    Easy onboarding

A link arrives on their phone.

They click, read the questions and start talking.

No software, no download, no barrier to participation.

  2. 02

    A simple and easy session

Nine questions, answered out loud on their phone.

    Five minutes.

No forms, no sliders, no self-scoring. Just relatable questions about their work.

  3. 03

    Analysis and meaning extraction

Evidence first, driven by AI at speed and scale.

Voice and AI read every answer.

Edge reads the language, the thinking behind it and how emotion is described and handled. Speech pace, response length and pauses are context, never a verdict, and tone of voice is not used.

  4. 04

    The report

Evidence-based performance signals within the hour.

Objective insights, delivered at speed and scale by AI.

You get the information and signals quickly, adding value and insight just when you need them.

The method comes from law enforcement, where being wrong is not an option. That method records what was said and how it was said, and an officer reads and analyses both. Edge reads the input and provides the insights so you can make decisions based on objective data.

05This is not just another test

Edge gives you objective, decision-grade mental performance intelligence that is very difficult to game.

  1. Nobody marks their own homework.

Edge does not use self-scoring. Each signal is judged against defined behavioural criteria from the evidence in a person's own answers, so there is no scale to aim at.

Nobody is asked to rate their own confidence or resilience, so there is nothing they can inflate or minimise.

  2. Edge reads mental performance attributes over time.

A session of five minutes means you can run it regularly with no impact on the way your business runs.

The analysis of each session assesses against that person's last session, so you can see how they are developing over time.

  3. There is no right answer.

A subject is measured against their own earlier readings, not against a type or a normalised profile, and no signal is averaged into a single number. There is no target to aim at, which defeats cheating or gaming the system.

Two people can answer completely differently and both still be read accurately.

06What you get

Decision-grade mental performance intelligence.

Evidence-based performance signals expressed along qualitative spectrums, across three pillars, with strengths, development opportunities and recommendations in plain English. Every signal carries an evidence confidence rating, and where the evidence is thin, Edge says so. Edge informs the decision. A person always makes it.

07Reasons to believe

We are proving Edge works in the ultimate high-performance environment.

Football and sport are the credibility engine. The main market is business. It is an unforgiving, high-performance environment which shows us whether Edge is providing value in a world in which it's obvious who has won or lost.

If Edge works on a professional football player in the ultimate competitive environment it will work on a sales floor the day before the end of a quarter.
